Why This Work Exists

I come to this work through a foundation in communications and human-centered engagement—years spent understanding how people navigate systems, relationships, and moments of change. But beyond my professional background, this work is deeply personal. Through experiences of distance, motherhood, and transition, I’ve developed a lived understanding of emotional complexity and the quiet weight people carry, especially in moments when clarity feels far away.

I believe environment shapes how we feel, how we think, and ultimately how we move forward. When people are given intentional space—physically and emotionally—they begin to regulate, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in a more grounded way.

Amplify Align is an extension of that belief: creating spaces and experiences that don’t force clarity, but allow it to emerge.
